I just had to tell you again, how wonderful our experience was with you and all at Custom Wood. We bought our current home in 1999, and the previous owners had done quite a bit of remodeling. It was move-in ready. Well 20 years went by in the blink of an eye and the time came to start digging in! I know, TWENTY YEARS! First stop? Counter tops for our kitchen. Our cabinets are a good quality wood and in good shape, so we decided to keep them. From the moment we were met in the showroom, we felt like family. You were so helpful with choosing material and pattern and answering my endless questions. I am incredibly pleased with our choices. Even after the sale, you have been helpful and even excited for us.

My husband and I walked into Custom Wood LLC and were greeted by Lisa. We told her we were looking for a new vanity for the bathroom. She was very helpful and in a few hours we had designed our new bathroom exactly the way I wanted. We are so pleased with their service we will use them for our kitchen remodel. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and presented numerous options and design considerations for us to evaluate. The ordering and delivery processes were both easy and quick. The cabinets arrived exactly when they were supposed to and delivered to our house at our earliest opportunity. We have used Custom Wood in several remodeling projects and plan to continue to use them in the future.
